HISTORY IN THE BAKING

In late 2020 cousins Dominic & Ben got a call from bossman Craig, owner of legendary burger diner Roccotillos, asking them if they wanted to give the old girl a touch of Bianchis love - and they certainly did.

 

Taking inspiration from the diner style of the venue, the boys created a Pizza restaurant which can be traced from Italy, to New York and ending in Bristol. 

 

Our pizza has been designed by our old friend, Luca Fiore (Naples), and modified by our old captain of Pasta Loco, Konrad Jaworski, to bring you a 48 hour fermented dough like no other.

Brothers Ben and Joe have designed the menu with Queen of the kitchen, Anna Stead (Previously Breaking Bread), to cook up classic and new styles of pizza which can only be found with us. 

 

Dom has been working closely with old school legend, Mitch Church, to grow the old Roccotillos milkshake menu to an adult form - boozy shakes ladies and gents. 

 

The oven is on and the tunes are pumping - time to have fun x
